我們對於外人都很有耐心，但對家人卻是態度暴躁、沒耐心、缺乏包 容，越是親密的人越是需要關愛，卻因為情感表達的方式不恰當而造 成傷害，讓愛成為一種負擔，使真正愛的人傷的最深。「愛是可以練習的」以這個理念貫徹主題 ，並用 Motion Graphic的形式去呈現 。

We are often patient and considerate towards outsiders, but towards those who are close to us, such as family members, we tend to be grumpy, impatient and intolerant, and fail to show consideration. Love then becomes a burden, and we give the ones we love most the deepest hurt. We hope to address the topic through two philosophies, “Love can be practiced", and present it in the form of motion graphics.
